本文件（“政策”）载述了我们对通过Studio软件、网站和论坛（统称“服务”）收集的用户（“您”或者“用户”）信息的实践。除非另有定义，本政策中使用的加粗词语应具有《中国开发者条款》（https://robloxdev.cn/dev-terms.html，“中国开发者条款”）中载述的含义。

定义
“个人信息”是指以电子或者其他方式记录的与已识别或者可识别的自然人有关的各种信息，不包括匿名化处理后的信息。
“处理”是指对个人信息进行的任何操作，例如：收集、记录、组织、构建、存储、改编或任何类型的披露或其他使用。
本政策中未定义的任何其他加粗词语的定义（与含义），请参见我们的开发者条款。
我们收集的个人信息及其用途
当您使用服务时，我们通过下述方式收集您自愿提供的信息，或者您使用服务时产生的信息：
当您创建使用论坛的账户时，我们将要求您使用您的QQ或微信身份验证信息登录，并提供您的年龄、出生日期以及性别等其他人口统计信息。
用户可能会被要求向其论坛账户提供或选择添加电子邮件地址，以进行额外验证和/或启用特定功能。提供电子邮件地址的主要目的在于提供账户安全，因为这是本公司核实账户所有人真实性的唯一办法。用户可随时更改与其账户相关的电子邮件地址；然而，在做出该等变更后，会向之前提供的电子邮件地址发送通知。

儿童隐私权与父母监护
若要请求更改您子女的账户或从我们的服务中删除所收集的关于您或您子女的个人信息（若适用），或要求我们停止进一步收集或使用与服务相关的您或您子女的个人信息（若适用），请按上文所列的联系方式或通过我们的网站https://robloxdev.cn/上联系我们。
我们会主动过滤服务的所有公共与评论板块（例如，聊天、论坛、群组墙、个人帖子等），以便删除无视安全与隐私设置提及地址、电子邮件、电话号码或其他个人信息的内容。还过滤所有文本中的脏话、网络钓鱼与成人或暗示性内容。我们的系统采用人工与自动化流程相结合的方式。然而，像所有过滤技术一样，我们的系统并非 100% 有效。

访问与更新您的个人信息

对您个人信息的存储和国际转移
本公司位于中国人民共和国（就本政策而言，不含中华人民共和国香港特别行政区、中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区和中国台湾，下称“中国”）。根据法律法规，在中国境内收集的个人信息将存在中国境内。我们收集的关于您的个人信息还可能会被发送至并存储在海外的安全服务器上。为了处理信息，进行该等存储十分必要。

Welcome to the Roblox China Developer community operated by Roblox (Shenzhen) Digital Science and Technology Co., Ltd (“We”, “Us” or “Company”). We invite you to download our Roblox Studio software application (“Studio Software”), and to access our website (“Website”) and discuss the development of user-generated content on our Developer Forums (“Forums”) at www.robloxdev.cn.
This document (“Policy”) sets describes our practices in connection with information that we collect about users (“you” or “user”) through the Studio Software, the Website and the Forums (collectively, the “Service”). Definitions
"Personal Information" means all kinds of electronically or otherwise recorded information related to identified or identifiable natural persons, excluding anonymized information.
"Processing" means any operation which is performed on Personal Information, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or any kind of disclosure or other use.
Any other capitalized term that is not defined in this Policy is defined (and has the meaning) set out in our Developer Terms.
Personal Information we collect and purposes for which we use it
When you use the Service, we collect information that you voluntarily provide, or information generated by your use of the Service, in the following ways:
When you create an account to use the Forums, we will ask you to log in using your QQ or WeChat identification credentials, and to provide other demographic information such as your age or date of birth and gender.
Users may be asked to provide or may choose to add an email address to their Forum account for added verification and/or to enable certain features. The primary purpose for this email address is to provide account security, as this is the only way for Company to check the authenticity of an account owner. Users may change the email address associated with their account at any time; however, a notification will be sent to the previously provided email address upon making that change.
As required by applicable law, we may ask you to complete the real-name verification, which is a type of sensitive information, before using the Service. Your refusal to provide your real-name identification information may result in a failure to log into or use the Service.
When you post or otherwise transmit comments or messages on the Service, we may collect these comments and messages, and they may be monitored, filtered and moderated for purposes such as removal of profanity, pornographic, violent, political and abusive content, malicious advertisements, Personal Information, other inappropriate conversations, and for compliance with the Developer Forums rules at https://forum.robloxdev.cn/t/topic/46/5. We may use pre-filtered chat, comments and messages (of users over 14) for purposes such as training and improving our filter technology.
When you participate in our China Developer Exchange program by cashing out any DevEx Revenue earned, we require you to provide us with certain tax related information.
When you contact or send communications to us, for example when you contact customer support, report a problem, or submit questions, concerns, or comments regarding our Service or its content, in which case we may collect contact information such as your email address and other important information about your inquiry or concern. This information is used to respond to your communications, fulfill your requests, or provide other customer support.
When you use or interact with third-party plug-ins that may be available on the Service, such as third-party social media widgets, share buttons, and/or login mechanisms. These features may be subject to the privacy policies of these third parties as posted on their respective websites. When you use these features, certain information from your social media accounts may be accessed by or shared with us, and likewise, certain information about your use of our Service may be posted to your profile on those platforms.
When you participate in contests, competitions, sweepstakes, giveaways, prize draws or other promotions that we may run on our Service or sponsor from time to time. These promotions may involve the collection and use of certain contact information (such as your name, email address, and/or phone number) for prize fulfillment purposes, as well as other information or content needed for the specific promotion.
In order to maintain the normal operation of basic functions of the Service, to optimize the performance of the Service, and to protect the security of your Personal Information, we may collect the Personal Information such as your QQ or WeChat identification credentials, device ID as well as the name, type and version of your device, the version of the operating system, IP address, MAC address, application ID, network type, date and time of access, the version of your browser (if applicable), language settings and other information when you access the Service.
When you respond to or participate in voluntary surveys, which we may offer on our Service from time to time to conduct research or demographic studies. These surveys may collect anonymous information about your likes and dislikes, game play interests and habits, general hobbies and interests, and other lifestyle information or preferences. These surveys will not collect Personal Information about you.
When you subscribe to other features or activities that we may offer from time to time on the Service and submit or upload information in connection with such features. The data being collected for such features and their intended uses will be evident at the time of data collection.
When you browse, navigate, or otherwise interact with the Service, as outlined in the "Cookies and Similar Technologies" section below.
In accordance with relevant laws, regulations and national standards, we may collect and use your personal information in the following situations without obtaining your authorization:
where it is directly related to national interests such as national security and national defense security; and directly related to major public interests such as public security, public health, and public knowledge;
where it is directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials and enforcement of judgments, etc.;
where it is for the purposes of protecting the fundamental legal rights of you or other individuals, such as life, property and reputation, in circumstances where it is difficult to obtain consent from you or the related individual;
where the Personal Information we collected was disclosed to the public by you;
where the Personal Information is collected through legitimate and public channels, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, etc.;
where it is necessary to sign and perform the contract according to your requests;
where it is necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided by us, such as the discovering and fixing any errors in such products or services;
where it is necessary for legitimate news reporting;
where it is necessary to conduct statistical or academic research for public interests; and when providing the results or descriptions of academic research externally, the Personal Information contained in the results will be de-identified; or
other circumstances as stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.
In addition to the specific uses above, any Personal Information that you provide or that we collect on the Service may be generally used for the following purposes:
To operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
To give you access to the Service and related features, or restrict your access;
To personalize the Service or content on the Service, as well as make it more user-friendly;
To allow you to manage your Forum account or account information, update your account settings, or subscribe to services;
To communicate with you about the Service (product changes, feature updates, etc.);
To provide technical support or customer service;
To deliver advertising that may be relevant to your interests;
To protect the integrity, safety, or security of the Service or our users, comply with legal obligations, or enforce compliance with the China Dev Terms, or other restrictions placed on your use of the Service.
You are under no obligation to provide Personal Information to Company when requested. However, if you choose to withhold any requested information, we may not be able to provide you with certain services and features.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Like most websites, we use cookies and other standard Internet technologies to help us improve our Service.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time, for example so you don’t have to re-enter them whenever you come back to the website or browse from one page to another.

We proactively filter all public and comment areas of the Service (such as chat, forums, group walls, personal posts, etc.) to remove references to addresses, emails, phone numbers, or other Personal Information regardless of security and privacy settings. All text is also filtered for profanity, phishing, and adult or suggestive content. Our system uses a combination of human and automated processes. However, like all filtering technology, our systems are not 100% effective.
In general, if you are under the age of 14, you must talk to and ask your parent(s) or guardian(s) for permission before using or playing on the Service. If you do not get such permission, you should not use our Service. Storage and International Transfer of Your Personal Information
Company is based in the People’s Republic of China (excluding for the purposes of this Policy, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, and Chinese Taiwan, “PRC” or “China”). Personal Information collected within China would be stored within China pursuant to the laws and regulations.
